The applicant must be a senior student based in one of the cities in the US where JAY and Bey’s ‘On The Run Tour II’ takes place place – which includes Atlanta, Orlando, Miami, Arlington, New Orleans, Houston, Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Diego, Santa Clara and Seattle.
