The original “No Rush” was released as one of the standout selections on Chris O’Bannon’s Sauce Meets World project, which also featured AzChike and Kalan.FrFr. O’Bannon’s latest major release comes to us following an appearance on Nef the Pharaoh, 03 Greedo and ALLBLACK’s “Choosy” record. “The record is an R&B banger with a new vibe to it so I had to bring together Compton, South Central & Long Beach for the remix. I wrote & co-produced the song along with DJ Wes, Rasool & Radio Aktive, and G Perico & $tupid Young came in & added their own elements to it,” Chris O’Bannon explains. “We shot the video at a couple of LA landmarks, showcasing the flashier side of the city and bringing the lyrics to life. Overall, it’s a great track for both the fellas & ladies to vibe to & a dope visual pairing.” Bonus: Want to stay up to date on our latest Rare Norm news ? “It was a honor to be included alongside of two great artists,” G Perico adds.
