Denzel Curry Shares Playboi Carti “R.I.P.” Remix

Denzel Curry Shares Playboi Carti

Simply because he “felt like it,” Denzel Curry has cooked up a remix of Playboi Carti‘s popular “R.I.P.” single.

Billed as a “freestyle,” Denzel Curry’s “R.I.P 2 R.I.P | R.1.P 2 R.1.P” remix allows the Florida rapper to spit a flurry of off-the-top flows over Carti’s bass-heavy original.

“Came back hard cause you think it’s a joke / Thought I fell off but I came back for more,” Curry spits. “Young Zeltron go zero below / I stay cold, that’s from head to toe / You want the pole you want the bean / I can make a bitch seem like I’m the dream.”

The official Playboi Carti version of “R.I.P.” was also supported with a high-profile music video. The record was initially released as one of the opening tracks on his debut studio album Die Lit.

You can check out the Kyle Yearwood-directed video for Denzel Curry’s “R.I.P 2 R.I.P | R.1.P 2 R.1.P” Playboi Carti remix above.

Last month, Denzel Curry reconnected with JPEGMAFIA and Zillakami for the “Vengeance” video.
