Photographer Warren Patterson is suing the Wu because he claims he wasn’t even paid for the image from his 80-hour shoot of the silver case that was used as the album’s cover. Patterson is seeking $1 million USD in damages from all members of the Clan. The album’s current whereabouts are unknown, as its former owner, “pharma bro” Martin Shkreli, has gone to prison.
