Amazing: Adele – Hello African Tribal “Star Wars” Cover by Alex Boye
Recording artist Alex Boye has released an “African tribal cover” of Adele’s latest hit “Hello,” which he performs while dressed just like a stormtrooper from Star Wars. It’s the musician’s way of paying homage to a couple of the most famous subjects on the Internet: Adele’s new record 25 and Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the most recent movie in the most popular fantasy franchise, which opens in theaters Dec. 18.
As the London-born vocalist sums up his music, “I take pop songs and Africanize them.” Other hits he has covered previously include Idina Menzel’s “Let It Go” from the Disney film Frozen, Psy’s “Gangnam Style,” and “Uptown Funk” by Mark Ronson, featuring Bruno Mars.
