Finally someone has brought two of my favorite things together and made it fun!The song Crossroads had held a lot of meaning for me since I was eighteen years old, and it has gained more meaning throughout the years. Especially after someone who I was very close to passed away in 2010.Since that time I haven’t been able to watch the official video without crying like a baby.I now understand what people mean when they say that laughter is the best medicine.

Watching the quirky, Cookie Monster, and the ever so adorable Elmo while they appear to be singing the song was very funny.I smiled and giggled throughout the whole rendition.I was reminded of something as I watched the video that I must have forgotten too.Loss doesn’t always have to involve grief, and misery, when you think about a loved one who is no longer with you.You still have your memories if joy and laughter to hold onto that will be with you forever. In short, when you watch this video, you’re gonna laugh, or at the very least, crack a smile or two.
