Art last week Share Tweet Pin Share The latest home to catch our eye is this Basel-based contemporary residence. Called Case Curved, Daluz Gonzalez Architekten had a very simple brief for this project — create a detached home on a plot of land owned by the parents of the client. The building design was originally created in the 1980s by Max Schnetz and is commonly called the “Swiss Box.” The interior has a concrete basement but uses wood throughout, creating a link between traditional Swiss construction and modernity.
