VITRA Eames Radio 1946 | HYPEBEAST

Iconic furniture designers Charles and Ray Eames first designed the Eames Radio in 1946. The compact, walnut-uncased structure never made it to production due to it looking too modern for its time, but now, 70 years after its conception, the Eames Radio comes to life thanks to VITRA.
Limited to just 999 units, VITRA’s Eames Radio (made in collaboration with the Eames Office) features an elegant curved walnut casing with a contrasting black façade that encapsulates the mid-century design age. The compact radio has been updated with modern technology by British manufacturer REVO.
You can purchase the limited edition Eames Radio for $999 USD at VITRA’s web store now.
