Zaha Hadid’s Miami Condo Sold

Zaha Hadid's Miami Condo Sold

The Miami condo of late architect Zaha Hadid has just been sold. Originally remodelled by Hadid in 2009, the three-bedroom, four-bathroom unit is situated within Miami Beach’s W hotel tower, and is the combination of two units — totalling 2,500 square-feet in space. Featuring Hadid’s signature use of open space and curves, the unit serves as an important monument for her work as it served as her home while designing the 62-floor One Thousand Museum.
After the passing of the celebrated architect in 2016, the condo was listed on the market for $10 million USD, and was recently sold by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty for a cool $5.75 million USD to a unidentified buyer. Check out the images above for a rare look at the late Zaha Hadid’s Miami Beach home.
