Fashion a few months ago Share Tweet Pin Share New York-based lifestyle label Adsum returns to present new lookbook imagery for the upcoming fall/winter season, drawing creative influence from hockey’s historic 1972 Summit Series between Canada and Russia. Taking place throughout the Cold War, the eight-game series — played half on Canadian soil and half on Russian territory — was the first competition between both nations involving NHL pros. Needing all eight games to win, Canada claimed victory, tallying four wins, three losses and one tie. A real-life hockey rink — bright red Zamboni and all — sets the stage for a cold-weather range chock full of seasonal staples. The lineup features lightweight outerwear, a quilted vest, cozy long-sleeve pullovers, hoodies, joggers, graphic T-shirts, caps and wool beanies. Check out the themed lookbook above and be sure to keep tabs on Adsum’s online shop for when the collection drops. Bonus: Want to stay up to date on our latest Rare Norm news ?
