Fashion 3 weeks ago Share Tweet Pin Share Formerly known as RSST, emerging Korean label POST ARCHIVE FACTION (PAF) recently unveiled its defiant prototype-themed Fall/Winter 2018 collection. According to the label, the debut theme is a direct expression of the introduction process by both the label and its wearer upon first interacting with the collection. Serving as PAF’s inaugural range, the cold weather offerings stand in direct opposition of the norms that prevail in the established fashion sphere. Spotlighted on a false runway constructed on the outskirts of Seoul, the FW18 collection is dominated by asymmetrical outerwear cuts and sportswear-inspired bottoms accented by zip cord detailing. Some notable pieces include the strap-accented backpack trenchcoat, banding puffer jackets and multi-material track pants. Continuing its outright defiant energy, PAF put together a short film to document the destruction of the false runway it created for the collection, completing its rejective statement on the bounds of fashion.
