Between those handy toaster waffles and my own laziness, my waffle iron doesn’t get as much use as it probably should. While waffles are great, especially when topped with tons of sickly sweet things, I’m not always super enthusiastic about them. Recently, though, I’ve been viewing my waffle maker in a whole new light! Apparently, the handy kitchen tool can be used to make dishes that go way beyond breakfast foods. These are just a few of my favorites.
