Karlie Kloss' New Luggage Collab Helps Benefit Girls in Tech

Karlie Kloss has long inspired and empowered young women to pursue coding through Kode With Klossy, a coding camp and scholarship program. And now she’s also inspired a set of tech-friendly travel essentials STEMming (get it?) from that work and benefitting the organization.

On April 12, Away, the beloved, female-run luggage brand debuted its collaboration with Kode With Klossy. The capsule collection includes two new, aptly-named colors — Pixel (a deep purple) and Gigabyte (a forest green) — in all sizes of Away’s signature suitcase. The collab also features two new limited-edition accessories: There’s The Backpack, a sleek, minimalist bag with all sorts of compartments for every device you inevitably travel with; and The Cube Case, a handy little pouch designed to neatly carry your cords and other tech accessories. Both come in Pixel, Gigabyte, and Binary, a black vegan leather option.

“We collaborated with Kode With Klossy to create modern travel essentials inspired by the changing digital landscape and the community of young girls coding, collaborating, and building a new future in tech,” Away’s website states. The best part? The collection isn’t just inspired by this community of young girls — it gives back to them. Every Away x Kode With Klossy purchase supports Karlie’s organization and helps fund the monthly scholarships and free summer coding programs Kode With Klossy offers. And the timing is pretty perfect, as Kode With Klossy ramps up for its biggest summer yet, which will include 50 two-week camps in 25 cities around the United States.

This badass limited edition collection is now available in stores (in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Austin) and online. Grab yours and get connected.
