Backpack Kid Sues Epic Games Fortnite

Epic Games‘ Fortnite game finds itself in legal hot water again as it receives it’s third high-profile case, this time against Russell Horning, also known as The Backpack Kid. Just weeks after 2 Milly’s announcement, and days after Alfonso Ribeiro‘s (Carlton Banks) legal action news, The Backpack Kid is claiming ownership over the popularized “Flossing” dance technique — a dance that he has built his career off of, and gained millions of followers from.

The awkward thing is, The Backpack Kid has been a supporter of the game, and has even participated last June in Epic Games’ Fortnite Party Royale. There is even footage of him replying with “It’s not that big of a deal, I’m just glad it’s in the game.” when asked about his dance being used without credit. Stay tuned for more news as the Fortnite drama unfolds.

In other entertainment news, Netflix signs ‘Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’ for a 3rd and 4th season.
