Hoping To Acquire A Nintendo Switch In Japan: A Story In Four Shots

Platinum Video games developer Hideki Kamiya a short while ago tried out to get a Nintendo Switch. He documented the working experience in 4 images.

As Kotaku earlier documented, it’s not quick having a Switch in Japan! Matters have been so complicated that Nintendo apologized.

We have no notion if Kamiya has a further Switch (or if there’s just one at Platinum’s business office), but yesterday he posted this photo to Instagram.

The image displays the regulations for acquiring a Switch at the Bic Camera in Kawasaki. This is essentially for a raffle for the possibility to buy a Switch, which is normal for well known merchandise that are in limited offer. Men and women have to line up for this chance, and it’s not specified they’ll win the possibility to obtain.

“To tell the truth of the matter,” Kamiya wrote, “I went to this form of place nowadays…”

“And I got this form of factor put on…”

The pink wrist band reads “Today only” and has the selection 646. This is his raffle selection. If he wins, he can buy a Switch.

“And I handed the time at a place like this…”

The final results of the raffle, with the winning quantities declared.

“Because of this form of factor…”

“This took place…”

Much better luck up coming time, Kamiya!
