Serial Leaker Walmart Canada Can't Help Itself, Lists Pokemon Switch Online

We don’t always report on retail listings for games, but considering Walmart Canada has been having a pretty interesting month regarding E3 leaks, we’d feel remiss not to post the fact that the retailer just listed Pokemon for the Switch.

So, here’s what we know. A while back Walmart Canada leaked a bunch of games supposedly set to be announced at E3. The jury is still out on that leak because games like Borderlands 3 are confirmed as delayed or as a no-show for E3 this year. On the other hand, Walmart got Rage 2 right, which, seriously who saw that one coming?

Looks legit.

Also we know a Pokemon game is coming to the Switch. We’re not sure if it’s the supposed Eevee, Pikachu pseudo-Yellow version remake that’s been making the rounds on the internet. But we know there’s a Pokemon game in development for the Switch. Will we see it this year? Walmart thinks so.

So yeah, here’s Walmart Canada putting up a listing for a Pokemon game on the Switch. Complete with no box art, working title, or even a placeholder release date. But like I said, we’d be remiss if we didn’t just mention that this was a thing. Walmart’s online store page for the game is even still up if you want to see for it yourself.

In the meantime, we will hopefully hear about this Pokemon game by E3 2018. You can check our full E3 2018 guide for the full schedule of events and press conferences.
